This company has been a nightmare to deal with. They damaged my furniture, lost articles and took no responsibility for anything. They do not answer calls and of all the emails that I sent they responded twice. I am so disappointed and wondering why I would be treated like this. My account was paid on the day they requested payment and I was told this was necessary for them to release my furniture. I was told I would receive my furniture in 10-15 days from pick up but it was in 23 days before I received my belongings. This company is very disrespectful, they do not live up to their glowing ads, and rather than it being a stress free move as advertised, it was very stressful and upsetting. It has now been four months and this company has not bothered to send anyone to look at the furniture that was damaged and broken and my missing things have not been located. I would strongly advise any one considering this company not to.
