My wife and I went to Kiosk to purchase a new dining table. The sales person who approached us was very rude and we tried to ask for someone else but it seems we were stuck dealing with this person because she approached us first. That was our first clue to leave and never return but my wife saw a marble table really liked and we didn't have too much time to shop around. Against my better judgment, we stayed. The sales lady said they had the table in stock but it was slightly damaged, would we like to buy it, she would give us 5% off. I was really angry. I said to her: You want us to buy an expensive table that is damaged and you only want to give us 5% off? She replied that she was giving us a real deal, they never offer discounts and it would be better to take the table rather than wait 4 months for it to arrive. We were stupid enough to deal with this company and give them a deposit and never heard from them again. We had to call them 5 months later to ask where our table was and never even heard back from the sales lady. After calling for a week, we finally reached her and she said there was a slight delay, no big deal, happens all the time. I asked for our deposit to be refunded and she said she couldn't do that, that's the point of a deposit, they had ordered the table. I told her we needed a table and she said we should have thought about that before ordering something that took so long to arrive. I could not believe she had the nerve the say that to me. The table was taking much longer to arrive than she had told us. We walked away from this store and are trying to get our money back through our credit card company. Avoid this store. You will lose.
