Based on what I read on this site, I hired Kiya and his crew to remove the knob and tube and rewire my house. I was worried that maybe he sounded too good to be true, but he was as excellent as all the reviews said he was.
Although my inspector said there was "some" knob and tube, it turned out the whole house was knob and tube, so it was a much bigger job than I'd anticipated. However, Kiya honored his original quote even though they had to work an extra day. They did a terrific job. Kiya paid a lot of attention to detail, and he gave me useful guidance on where I needed outlets, etc. Now the job's finished, and my house looks terrific. They did a great job patching and repairing in the areas where they had to work, and they actually left my house cleaner than they found it. His crew was polite and hard-working, so it was a pleasure dealing with them every day. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend Kiya's company.
