From the very first time my wife and I dealt with Kyle and his Knox Insulation and Roofing team, we have been nothing but impressed with the customer service.
We have had many questions throughout the work we have had done by the company. Kyle always responded the day of the questions being asked if not even sooner, within minutes or hours.
We have had our attic cleaned out of wood chips and new insulation blown in. We also had our roof done when Kyle showed us how bad of condition our previous roof was in. Because we live in a very windy area, Kyle went above the competition and put extra nails to help with what could've been problematic.
Most recently(yesterday)we heard water dripping down the side of our chimney into our basement. I sent Kyle pictures of the chimney area to ask if maybe the wind had wrecked something around it. Kyle called me back within minutes and arranged for his empmoyee Travis to come and check it out today. Travis found nothing wrong with the roof(because they do great work) but found a crack in the top of our chimney. He patched it and recommended we have a chimney person look at it in the near future.
This is the kind of customer service that the world is seriously lacking. Instead of saying, "it's not our problem," Kyle had Travis patch it for the time being until we can get someone to look at our chimney. Kyle didn't charge us for this being done. This is during their busiest season of insurance claims from damaged roofs, from the recent wind storm as well as government grants for insulation.
I would recommend Kyle and Knox Insulation and Roofing to anyone needing this kind of work done. I would use them again. The customer service is A+ or 100% and they take pride in doing quality work.
