Chris' quote was significantly less than the others I received for the same work. Two VERY strong men came on the scheduled day and did all of the sledge hammering, digging and work, manually, on 2 very cold, rainy days in February ... and finished a day ahead of schedule. Through the winter-spring thaw, and even after the major rain storm we just had in Toronto ('Monsoon Monday'), the basement has remained completely dry. Chris & his crew are punctual, professional, and their work is guaranteed for 20 years, remaining with the house, even if ownership changes. I wish all trades people were as professional, easy to work with and reasonably priced. KP Waterproofing gets my highest recommendation.
