Kp Waterproofing

Our basement had flooded due to an issue with a previous waterproofing job done on the inside of the house (not done by KP Waterproofing). I called Chris because I had wanted to fix the issue properly and didn't know how. He came to our house and explained exactly why our basement had flooded and was honest in that his services (waterproofing from the outside) would not help and gave us advice as to the next steps we should take. He did not charge us for his advice. He is honest, knowledgeable, and I would trust him to help us on any future waterproofing issue we have.
