Boiler pump went, the technician game with a opened Grundfos pump. It had solder on it?! I asked if it was new or used.
He assured me it was new. I said please double check.
He called the office and said it was new.
After he installed it, I called Grundfos Pumps. They said the pump was 5 years old. (the old pump I had taken out was only 4 years)
I complained and they replaced it. No apologizes. That is like me buying new tires and they put on old tires.
