Replaced 2 burnt our pool lights. In the process broke a tab on each. Denied responsibility. Offered to repair at a cost. If I work in a private residence and I brake something - I fix it, at my cost. Period. And if something is broken...I would notify the homeowner prior to touching it that's its broken - Period, end of story. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never conduct my business in this manner.

the very professional crew closed the pool in a timely fashion. the solar blanket was rolled and covered. the pool accessories were put away in the shed. the winter cover was placed on uniformally.
