We bought an expensive table over a month ago. It finally showed up yesterday, part of the wood top is split and lifted and 3 of the 4 chairs are either broken or wobbly. One was so bad the guy we paid to put it together didnt even assemble it for us. He just left it in the box. CS called us back and said they would replace it but we have to wait another 2 months and all theyll willing to do is pay to get the new chairs assembled, which we already paid for. When I asked if there was anything else they could do because now were stuck with a broken table for 2 more months with two young kids they said no because this happens every day. We always have broken furniture every day because it comes from warehouses and travels a lot. So we never offer any compensation. That's what a manager said to me today word for word. Im honestly blown away at the lack of customer service. She was also so rude and cutting me off every second. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
