Recommended by a "stager" prior to listing our condo. Cleaner missed A LOT. I spent hours cleaning after her. Called the stager, she told me to call the manager/owner. He came over to apologize and promised us a free cleaning that we never received.
600 sq. ft. condo cost $150 to clean. They charged us for supplies that they didn't even leave for us to keep (bucket, sponges)

Unfortunately size of the home is not the only factor determining cleaning time. In this case Lustre booked the cleaning on very short notice and completed as much as possible given the time frame. One of the Lustre owners visited your apartment within hours of your call. He offered to complete more cleaning and as an additional goodwill gesture offered to provide a free cleaning (which has yet to be booked). As initially discussed, Lustre provides lower rates when we use the customer’s supplies/equipment you requested that we use ours and agreed to the associated higher hourly rate. Given that Lustre’s supplies/equipment cost over $600 they are never left at the jobsite however, as an added service we do purchase & deliver them on behalf of our regular clients.
