During a downpour one Saturday in March 2002, our roof started leaking through the attic into our dining room. After calling nearly every roofer in the Yellow Pages, we finally got M & M Roofing to come out to our home (while it was still raining) and he patched the roof to stop the immediate leak. He returned when it was not raining and repaired the area, at a very reasonable cost. He thoroughly explained what had caused the problem and advised us that this was the only problem area and that the roof should last several more years. A year later, we contacted him to evaluate the roof and he provided an honest assessment again that a new roof was not required for several years.
