Company doing real magic!!!!. Our building was infested with bed bugs from last year, and one guy came from another company to spray. Everything was ok for about a week until my son started to itch then we discovered bed bug again!!!!. So then my super said we are bringing in another company with new type of treatment because a lot of people were complaining they got bed bug again. Then magical came and now it has been two months and we had no bed bugs. I am very pleased with magical not only were contractors nice and friendly they got the bed bugs out. I highly recommended this company.

My Experience with this company was magnificent contractors were polite and were behaved in a professional manner. They made sure that the job was done correct even if it took them all day! Heat treatment was done instead of chemicals,i was very pleased when i found out they dont use chemicals because i have two kids and a dog. There prices are very competative i was pleased. Thank you Magical for making my home livable agin!

After my Superintendant sticking with one of the "SO CALLED BIG GUYS" of Pest control, and them accomplishing squat (besides almost giving me a nervous breakdown), time after time, Magical Pest Control, fixed it in one visit. Mr Magic (or whatever your name is) I’m grateful to you.

I own a large apartment building that has had a bedbugs problem for a while. We used a few other companies until we found magical pest control. They came up with a holistic approach to solving the bedbugs problem. Their staff were very knowledgeable and great to deal with as well as very friendly. Most important of all I haven't had a bedbugs complaint in 6 months!! I would highly recommend them for all pest issues.

There was a bedbug problem in my townhouse in the summerand sleeping became impossiblean at first nobody knew where the ithing came from until a bedbug was found. We then found our mattresses to be infested and reported this to management. They called magic pest control and we got ready by emptying our whole house and washing all of our clothes which cost over $100. All the exterminator did was spray here and there. Now, in ;anuary, the problem came up again and we told the housing management again. .agic pest control came again but we didn't do as much to get ready because we know all that would happen is some spraying. The man said we need to clear out the house again and hell be back. This coniving theif never returned and left to deal with bedbugs over the weekend and have to go throught so much to get our house back togethor and our clothes out and then undo it all if we have to get somebody else to do the job properly. Magic pest control is unproffessional and unreliable and we are now left to clean up the mess they caused in our home.

Extremely disappointed with Magic Pest Control. Technicians had horrible bedside manner, was not informed about different kinds of insect bites, did not provide clear explications of the process or situation. I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Came to investigate dropping and didn't push to spend more than I needed to solve the problem. In the end they sprayed the outside of the house and left some small traps.

we had a contract with magical and they did not prevent bed bugs from proliferating in the building. They did not do the job properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the commercial residential business,
