Rick at McLaughlin Flooring and his team were great. I was lucky to get them on very short notice and they worked very hard to finish installing the floors in my two-bedroom condo in one day. They had to come back the following day to do a few finishing touches (including trimming down one door that wouldn't close over the transition piece). The work was done very neatly (much better than the previously installed floor) and they were professional and courteous. They did the cutting on my balcony and cleaned up the saw dust before they left. I would definitely use them again.

Jordan McLaughlin of McLaughlin Flooring installed hardwood flooring throughout the first floor - kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway in our 25 year old home. He was punctual, particular, tidy and above all else - he did a fantastic job with the installation. Rick responded quickly to our call for an estimate. He was very professional in his presentation and assisted us in choosing the carpet. The installation was done by a true craftsman and is done to perfection. Rick and his crew are reliable, punctual, extremely helpful and very professional. They are neat and tidy by cleaning up and removing all debris. I thought I was particular about the little things but they have me beat. I would highly recommend Rick and his team.
