Mani was the first person to respond to my call and made an appointment with me at the earliest time. When he came over he realized that my dryer was quite old, the parts were not readily available. He did some research and found a place that had the parts, picked them up and was back in no time to fix my dryer. Mani was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. My washing machine would not spin during the rinse cycle.I was skeptical about getting any repair man in,as I have been ripped off before.I had some flooring installed last year through Home Stars and was more than satisfied with there service. I decided to look for a repairman through Home Stars and Steve's name had several good reviews.I called Cascade Appliances and booked an appointment. Steve knew what he was doing,within minutes he discovered that I needed a new drive belt,since it was an old upright model he didn't have the part on him but knew exactly where to get it.He went to pick it up came right back and installed it in no time. Steve was friendly,fast and efficient.Its so refreshing these days to know that there are honest reliable people out there that you can trust.Thank you Steve.
