It was a friday evening and I had just completed extensive renovation work in advance of putting my house on the market for the next week. Suddenly I heard the drip drip drip of water in the newly remodelled kitchen! Disaster! With all the rain we'd been having, the roof was leaking. I had no idea what I was going to do!
