I was so fortunate to have discovered MCR through HomeStars. I had experienced a leak in my roof and after having another roofer 'fix it', the problem just came back. I contacted Tom and right away he was able to fix the leak. Knowing our roof was in serious need of a redo (which Tom confirmed), and after having such great service from Tom, I contacted him again to redo the whole roof. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! ! Always calls you back right away, came out within a week to provide an estimate and in no time, came back and replaced my roof. The MCR crew is super fast and efficient and clean-up was excellent! The product they offer is of high quality and Tom provides detailed info on all materials being installed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer!
