New Flat roof - finding and fixing a leak
I was initially happy with Tom and crew, however I was very busy the day they did the work and didn't have time to be double checking. The following day I noticed a large section wasn't replaced and the section that was replaced was with non-matching shingles. They didn't do the job they quoted and told me were going to do.
They did come back 2 days later when I called to ask what happened. They fixed the job as promised - but only after I complained. They should have done the job right the first time.

First of all I would like to thank everyone on writing a review on us. We do strive to be the best in our work ethics.
This is why we do come back and solve any issues a customer has. In this case we did come back and correct there concern but they left out a few details......like i cut out there moulded drywall for no charge and washed down there cedar deck. Things like that other companies don't do.
We always go beyond our contracted duties.
This customer was told in order to do the entire back slope of there roof was to change the skylight but they refused to pay for it and it was not changed.Also this customer forgets that we got them done due to there leak within a week after signing up. We put them in priority above all the waiting customers.
