We went in there three times for a sectional because we had it narrowed down to two they had. When we wanted help it was like finding a needle in a haystack. One old guy actually seemed to be avoiding us (and wasn't serving anyone else either - just wandering away from us) when we did talk to him, he told us the wrong info. Boxing day there was a young sales guy on a personal call as we stood there waiting for him to get off phone.
We really wanted to buy here. They beat out Crate and Barrel and every other store we were looking at. THEIR EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL SALES STAFF PUT A STOP TO THAT AFTER THREE BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE STORE.
