installers worked quite hard and made pretty good time. good thing about this method is there isnt too much to worry about with weather variations as most of the old roof remains. work was completed to our satisfaction in reasonable time and the roof seems to be holding up well and it looks great (you can easily find our house on the satellite photos)

The roof installers did an awesome job.excellant attention was given ,from proper atic ventalation right down too the trim on the brick work . very professional detailed workmanship.

We recently needed to replace our roof since our shingles had deteriorated. We wanted to replace the shingles with a stone coated metal roof so that we never had to worry about shingling again. However the cost of replacing our roof was estimated to be about $25k. We could not afford that and so we decided to take on the task of doing it ourselves. We not only got a great price on the materials from MG Arsenal but we also got great detailed instructions and other cost saving tips from them. Their service was very personal and they assisted us in any way that they could. I would recommend MG Arsenal to anyone looking to replace their roof. After having roof problems from leaks and prematurely deteriorating asphalt shingles we decided to look into metal roofs. The MG Arsenal product looked most promising. The roof has just been installed by two most hard working and conscientious individuals, Walid and Abdullah. The finished project looks great drawing lots of comment from neighbours and passers-by. We have just had our first torrential rain and wind storm and the roof appears to have easily passed muster as was expected. I could not be more pleased, and judging by its performance to date, this company appears to be solid and willing to stand behind their work should the need ever arise.

I received quotes for asphalt shingles for my roof, and some additional work to reinforce my dormer. MG Arsenal gave me a competitive quote for a laminated steel roof, and arranged for a very cost effective solution to repair and finish the exterior of my dormer. The workers were very independent, yet friendly. They worked quietly and efficiently, making sure the job site was always neat at the end of the day. New Metal Roof + Gutters + Skylights on bungelow . After the previous conventional shingles , that were supposed to be guaranteed for 20 years and lasted about 8 years , we decided to check out metal roofing . We contacted 2 aluminum roof companies in August 2008 as well as MG Arsenal . One of the aluminum companies
representatives didn't bother to return the call until 3 months later , the other one sent a representative only after repeated requests whose sales pitch left us with more questions than answers and who only gave us a fairly vague price idea (approximately 50 % higher than MG Arsenal's) .
What a refreshing experience to deal with MG Arsenal ! Mykola came the next day , did an excellent presentation about his product , quoted his price and provided us with several references . After checking out a number of the references , Mykola came back a second time to address our additional questions and concerns and we felt comfortable to close the deal !
The installation also was an excellent experience . They even started a few days earlier than scheduled . Nick and his crew did a superb job doing the installation
in the time planned and left us with a great looking new metal roof including new gutters and skylights that brought many favourable comments from the neighbours .
Now that the 2008/9 winter finally seems to come to an end and our roof has held up well under all the snow and ice we are happy to recommend MG Arsenal for their product and their professionalism and workmanship .
We also feel confident that they would deal fairly with us should we ever run into a problem with our roof .

Nick took very good care of us. They work hard in terrible weather and did our cottage and home. we are very pleased and would use them when we build another home on the lake.

Although a week later than scheduled. The MG Arsenal installation crew arrived and proceeded quickly and expertly. The installation took 4 suiccessive days to complete and included 5 Bay windows.
The quality of the roofing material is good and the finished project looks great. The installers were also successful in integrating the "Gutter helmet" already in place. The roof in place was asphalt shingles and only 12 years old. Due to raccoon problems and ice damming in the winter the manufacturer of the roof shingles made it difficult to honour their a 20 year warranty. Even though the cost of the MG Arsenal roof was probably 2.5 times the cost of a shingle roof, we feel the investment is worth it , and will minimize ice damming and animal problems for may years to come. We get many comments on the look of the roof, and are happy to recommend Arsenal in future to any prospective purchaser.
We investigated a number of steel roof suppliers and received comparable quotes. MG Arsenal was chosen for the best price and best looking product.
All in all a happy experience.

We received a few estimates for a regular roof replacement and decided that a few extra thousands are well worth the investment. This company came recommended from a good friend who had his done a year before. The service was excellent: thorough and efficient. It's been almost a year. Love the europian look, when it rains, it sounds like the rain drops far away. Also noticed that our airconditioner turned on 3 times less then the neighbour's last summer.
