Very bad experience. Ann (office rep) and Benjamin sales guy) have lost credibility with me.
We were promised great things - experienced movers, nice staff, plastic runners during the move - and signed up believing that they are a high class movers. They charged $95/hr for 3 guys and a truck which is on the high side but again led us to believe we could expect great service.
What we got - three guys who were 30 minutes late. They had too few plastic runners and couldn't cover the new house. Also (you wont believe this) NO packing tape or extra cartons with them. I had to run out and get packing tape for these clowns. My wife and I had to actively help them move our stuff - not something you expect to do paying as much as $95/hr.
The three guys were not comforting or helpful at all (they were not aware of the contract we had with MoveWorks and claimed they weren't even from MoveWorks but from Alliance Vanlines - seems Ann is just a booking agent and sends work to any tom, dick and harry company) and on top of that demanded a tip after the move!!!
Overall, I would never ever recommend these guys to anyone.
