Terrible experience! Movers were 1 hour late, which made booking the elevator an issue. 1.5 hours into the move, they sat around eating pizza, and when confronted about this, became quite unpleasant. We were promised that movers would only book 1 job for the day, but ours was the 2nd of the day for them, so by the end, 2 of 3 movers were moving very slowly, carrying 1 small box at a time. One looked so exhausted he almost fell down the stairs but instead scratched our wall in 2 places. Altogether took 1 hour break for a 5 hour move which they charged us for. They were also smoking by our doorway which caused cigarette smoke to enter our home. Trying to get someone on the phone or to return your call is near impossible as well.
