I paid an extra $75.00 for their premium trip insurance. Sadly my TV was damaged in my move, Regrettably I assumed they would take care of their mistake. Its been over 2 weeks since my move and daily phone calls and emails are just being ignored. Lots of options out there might as well try someone else.

I apologize for the delay in dealing with this damaged television set. We will be sending out a cheque to replace this as it cannot be repairs. Insurance claims take a bit of time to settle but this will be resolved next week. Thank you, Ann.
