Wandi showed up on time and was very cool and calm to help me with my problem. After looking at the situation he explained how I could save some money. While doing the repair he was answering my questions and I was very pleased. Before the job was done, another tenant brought up an issue and Wandi was pleased to look at that too, again he tried to save me money and tell me what I could do to fix the problem. It was beyond my skills and I asked him to take care of the problem, he did.
Wandi is very professional, informative and knows his stuff.
Thanks Wandi and Mr. Rooter, this is the second time that I have called on you for help and will not be the last.
