Basement flooding and sewer repair
I had a nightmare situation on my hands; my basement walls were literally pouring water during a rain storm. I had called Mr. Rooter and within 40 minutes Phil was at my door, helping me at top speed to move the drain pipe out of the way and reduce the flooding.
He walked me through the issues that were causing this to happen, answering all the questions I had. Over the next few days Phil was here, repairing the sewer that needed to be snaked, making sure that the area was excavated properly and that the drains all worked properly.
I couldn't have imagined a better service, more polite and caring individual or better troubleshooters than Mr. Rooter and there team of professionals.
