Travis Magee from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was fantastic. Within days of moving into our home, we had water backing up into our basement. Travis came within an hour of calling, diagnosed the problem and immediately corrected it. We came to learn that roots had grown into our old existing clay drain pipe (common for our neighbourhood). Obviously, roots continue to grow, so we wanted to fix the issue permanently. After discussing what options were available, we booked an appointment to have the old pipe re-lined. A cost effective no dig option that will fix the problem of roots getting into our drain. Travis is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
