Booked for help with computers and printer and to install Minecraft on kids iPads. Stressed in text message before visit and when tech arrived that Minecraft install was the MOST important job, printers LEAST important. He got printers working and told me to get on the phone with Microsoft to solve Minecraft problem. I had said repeatedly it was number one issue, he used all time and my $300 to do what he wanted to do. NEVER AGAIN.
