I used New Canadian for the first time last week. The service was exceptional. Steve explained the whole pipe replacement process to me in great detail - described costs, timelines, and gave me estimates for future work with patience and clarity. Yasha and Genna did the pipe replacement work. They were extremely diligent, and managed to get all the work done in a short period of time. They were very productive and efficient, and seemed to take great care to do a good job. I really appreciated the service from New Canadian and would definitely call them again.

We ordered a granite counter through Ikea, which was installed by my husband, but we still was looking for someone who could do the plumbing job for us. We called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing, they came fast and did an excellent and professional job.This company was a pleasure doing business with.

called the owner Monday late afternoon and had a worker here the next morning assessing the situation and provided a written quote based on his finding...Wednesday morning 2 workers came,found the problem,fixed the problem and finished a head of time...job well done and my cost was actually lower then the quote...can't beat that honesty..

My mother had a problem with her toilet which simply cracked one day. She called me saying she had a complete mess in her apartment. I googled for some plumbing company and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing was on the top of the first page. So I called them and their technician arrived in half an hour. Luckily he had everything necessary in his truck so I did not need to rush to Home Depot to buy a new toilet. The technician removed the old toilet and installed a new one. Everything was done quickly, professionally and for a reasonable price. Plus, they had a seniors' discount.
I can recommend the company to everyone. And their truck with a charming baby face means the best service!

The New Canadian Drain & Plumbing did waterproofing for my house, and did an extraordinary job. I used to have a lot of problems and leaks in my basement. The first time I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing I got an immediate response, and they were happy to fix my problem, at the reasonable cost! They figured out the source of problem right away and did their work extremely well. One thing that impressed me the most about the crew, is that they finished their job within three days under horrible weather conditions! We had a problem with our kitchen sink. We had tried everything but, it kept on clogging up. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I had seen their add in the phone book. The gentleman that came was fast, curteous and seemed to be very reliable. He came shortly after i called. It took him a couple of hours to fix the problem because of the enourmous clog. He was very courteous and even mopped the whole kitchen floor after he finished. i was surprised becasue no other workmen had ever cleaned up after himself. He explained what he did and assured me that it would not clog up again but, the company would be happy to come right away if any other problems existed or came up.

The job took longer than was originally estimated due to the depth of the pipes to be replaced; however, the workers were very committed to the job and were hard working. Although the workers had limited English skills, Steve (the main contact) explained everything thoroughly.

When water started backing up in our basement, we called New Canadian Plumbing immediately, having heard how good and reasonable they were. That was an understatement! The two men who came to do the work were astonishing. It was -30 and they had to pur hot water on the ground to dig. They worked for almost twelve hours straight in the cold and mud, working late into the night. And they got it done perfectly. They were extremely polite and even though I kept trying to offer them an opportunity to get warm or take a warm drink, they declined and just kept working.

I had a problem with my sewer system, It was running very slow in heavy rain. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing, a Drain Technician arrived on time. His name was Jocelyn. he walk me through my drain system. Explained to me in details what might be the issue.
He then brought in his camera system to inspect the drain. I was able to see my main drain pipe. We located the problem which was tree roots had broken through the drain pipe and causing the water to back up. The technician gave me a reasonable price to repair that section of drain. The very next day the crew arrived on time as promised. Temperature was -20c (I never expected them to show up in these temperature). The job was done on time. The crew were very proffesional and they did their job on time. And the job site was as clean as before they arrived. I would recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing over any other company. This is the company I will be calling again for my plumbing needs.

After my contractor called one of the well-known national drain firms for an outrageous quote I had to get a second opinion. As it turned out my contractor was the instigator of the drain problem and New Canadian Drain & Plumbing came to my rescue at a MUCH better price. Often you feel taken advantage of in desperate circumstances with broken underground pipes because you can't see the source or cause of the leakage, but New Canadian Drain & Plumbing clearly showed the problems and fixed them quickly and as cost effectively as possible. I would certainly recommend them.
