Brian got back to me within an hour, and sent his employee to me within hours and got the job done by the end of the day. Tshering did a great job, so thorough and clean, and it was a bonus that he is a polite, pleasant and well-educated man, and able to deal with tricky neighbours. Thank you so much Brian and Tshering.
