Nivasa and Suhail D'Souza were fantastic. We were referred to Nivasa by a previous contractor who left the business. Nivasa was able to fix the errors made by the other contractor in a matter of minutes. They cleaned up the entertainment system and it now works perfectly. For example, we didn't have surround sound for a year and a half because the other contractor just said it didn't work all the time. Suhail fixed it in a minute! We now enjoy total surround sound whether we are watching DVD or VHS. Nivasa was so great we hired them to install our home entertainment system in the basement complete with HD DVD, Wii, Rogers, Receiver, 60" plasma tv and in wall speakers. Nivasa provided timely and competitive quotes, had great suggestions for design and installation, showed up on time, installed the system efficiently and effectively and came back promptly at our request to tweak the system. Nivasa's employees are polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time with contractors of any sort.
