This company sucks you in with a low estimate and nice voice on the phone. Once you make a deposit their tone completely changes. They ask for your credit card info as standard practice so they can authorize charges - do not give them that info! On moving day they advise that additional travel charges will apply and you are stuck with using them, as who else will you get last minute? Once your items are on their truck, they will not unload unless paid in advance. They also promise to use a professional truck, blankets, wraps, dolliess and other standard moving equipment. Instead, they show up with a small rental truck that required two trips to our new house from the old house, 1 dolly and 3 workers. No blankets, no straps, no wrap! They were all nice people but they had little regard for the state of our items or old and new houses. Numerous walls and almost all pieces of furniture suffered significant damage. We emailed the company several times afterwards regarding the damage, asking for $300 compensation (which was well below the total value of the damage) with no response received. We called the company and our calls went directly to a message that stated their voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. One day a person did answer the phone but they hung up on us once we explained why we were calling. Overall this is not a professional moving company, they are a few people who rope you into a contract and take a deposit from you, they then to the bare minimum, they hold property until they receive what they demand for a fee, they do not use equipment that they promise, they damage property with no remorse and do not return calls or emails afterwards. A joke of a moving company. Do not use this company!
