Rob was quick to respond to our request for a quote and was always quick to return any call when we had to leave a message.
He visited our home and went up on the roof to do a thorough assessment (not all the others we contacted did) and provided us with a detailed quote to remove 2 layers of old shingles and put down new. He explained the options and their cost and the process, as well as answering all of our questions.
After receiving several other competitors quotes we selected Norris Roofing.
They arrived on the designated day and quickly began work, setting out tarps and plywood sheeting as needed to protect gardens, etc. and catch debris. There was one bit of damage - a piece of old shingle flew into a window screen and tore it in a couple of spots. When Rob arrived on site a short time later, he took the damaged screen away and returned it a few hours later, good as new.
The work proceeded well and was completed in one day. The tarps were gathered up, areas around the house were swept to clear debris. The driveway and our neighour's too were swept with a magnet to pick up any stray nails.
All in all, we are very happy with the job, which we consider to be well done at a fair (and very competitive) price.

Our roof was in bad shape and Rob came by to give a quote immediately after I called. His price was very competitive and he assured me the work would be top quality. I am very satisfied with he job he and his crew did and will surely use him again in the future.

My Roof is completed and looks great! It is so hard to find a good contractor but I am extremely happy that I chose to go with Norris Roofing. My roof was in really bad shape and a spot opened up in their schedule so they squeezed me in sooner rather then later because of the poor condition my roof was in. It was on its last leg months ago so have no idea how it was holding up. Everyone at Norris Roofing, from the owner to the crew that came out to do my roof were all very professional and friendly. Rob and Dave from Norris did a great job performing a few small repairs on the roof of my bungalow. I was happy with the result and would recommend them for a similar service.

Norris Roofing did a thorough job on our bungalow roof and even took care of removing all the debris. They were fast, efficient and very professional. We had a few other small fixes we needed done and they took care of all of them.

Norris Roofing reshingled our roof in October. I called several companies and received a few estimates before hiring Norris Roofing. Their price was competitive and they did a great job. Rob Jr. was helpful finding the shingles that we wanted and the crew was friendly and efficient. The whole job was done in 8 hours. They fixed the cause of our roof leaking (vent holes that had been cut too big by previous roofers), reinforced the holes for the vents, and replaced wood as needed. The work done came in at the estimate given and they did a great job cleaning up fallen shingles and nails without damaging our landscaping. One of our neighbours recommended Norris Roofing and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

We had a leak in our roof and had another roofing company do a patch. Not only did the roof continue to leak but I couldn't get the other company to call me back. Norris roofing were wonderful with response time and followup. The crew that came were very nice and respectful (even helped me load stuff into my van!). They covered everything around the house with plywood and tarps, the cleanup was perfect and not a sign of my roof being replaced. The whole thing was done in one day.

Rob Jr. came to the house, and suggested he ice/water shield the entire roof before shingling. He explained things to the point where I bought in to the idea and did my roof the next day. He gave me 40 yr shingles for the price of 30 yr as he got a price break from his supplier. The next week my next door neighbour had his roof done by Rob's crew . I would have no problem referring him.
