North Shore Eavestroughing

I found NorthShore after researching on Homestars and was impressed by the company’s reviews and awards.
Ryan came out to assess the work to be done within a week of my call to the company. He was polite and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, made recommendations and walked us through what would be done. A written quote was given shortly after and we were told it was a fair price after some consult.
Ryan and Tony came out on time to complete the work and did so efficiently in about two hours on a very cold, windy afternoon. There were no problems during the installation process. They removed the old eavestroughs to be discarded and did a thorough clean up of all debris – I was impressed. They were respectful and professional in their work.
Laura was always friendly and timely in response. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pay the balance 3 days later due to the office closing that Friday afternoon.
