Replaced 33 windows and 3 double doors
Problem resolved to our satisfaction. Issue was due to internal humidity in our home. Thanks for getting back to us. This is why my rating was changed. Doors and window were replaced throughout our home. The process was very good. They were quick and came on time. The cleaned up the mess as they went.

From our recent conversation, we know that you were pleased with the overall experience and the products you purchased from us. We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with condensation and are happy to assist you with that.
As discussed, your condensation measures over 54%, which is very high for the winter months. In Canada, ideal humidity levels are 25% to 35%. Also, the door with the condensation issue is in the kitchen, which would be more exposed to higher humidity levels when cooking, etc.
When we install new windows and doors, we are in fact tightening up the envelope of your house, giving less opportunity for the warm air to escape, as compared to your old door.
As discussed, we are confident that if you turn down your humidifier and use ventilation while cooking, the problem should resolve itself.
