We bought a brand new house that came with appliances - our first call to Pambis was for our refrigerator - the ice maker was not working. We called Pete and he was able to come the next day - he was prompt, knowledgable and the repair was done the same day.

We called Pambis once again when we started to hear a buzzing sound coming from our microwave/range hood. Pete ordered the part before hand and completed the repair without the need for a second visit.

He was also able to provide us with really reasonable prices for replacement filters for our refrigerator (and showed us how to change it!) and washing machine cleaner.
