An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I contacted Peter Pambis for the installation of an 18" Danby Dishwasher after reading the many positive reviews about his services on Homestars. I was not disappointed.
First, Pambis services Downtown Toronto, which not all companies do. Second, Peter asked the right questions about the installation (Model #, Serial #, pictures of current plumbing setup) before even showing up - demonstrating experience and saving us both lots of time. And Third, the job was done right, at the quoted price, in a very timely manner on the appointed date and time.
