Job site left a mess, several areas of damage

Our board decided to hire pc to install new ducting and an electric furnace and ac to replace outdated baseboard heaters. There is a total lack of security on jobsites, with my door left open and no one in my house. Also they show a lack of respect for the fact that these are our living spaces. Pieces of metal, screws and other debris were left all over the floor. Finally there is a sense that they are not concerned with accuracy and it shows in several small detail. Ducts not secured correctly, grates missing, holes cut too large and hastily hidden. All in all not a positive experience.
