Peel Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had Peel Heating install a new furnace and air conditioner. We are extremely satisfied with their work. From the sales experience through the installation everything was first class. Shaan and Marcel did an excellent job with the installation. Highly recommended.

I called Peel Heating's office when no one showed up for a previously scheduled furnace maintenance appointment. Patricia immediately saw there had been a date mix-up; resolved it by promptly re-scheduling another technician to come out that same afternoon. Within ONE hour of my initial inquiry Craig showed up at my door! -Service with a smile:)Thank you!

My 15 year old furnace gave out. Bill Hube took the time to explain in detail the recommended furnace. The service call was deducted from the quote. Ray and Shaan were competent, clean, professional in installing the new furnace. They took the time to explain and show the installation once complete.

A/C failed in early August. Quick and timely response from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. Diagnosis suggested two new parts were required. These were efficiently replaced. Cost of parts seemed high but reasonable when one realizes their business model recovers service technician expertise and profit margin via part mark-up.

Six weeks later, the A/C fails again. Diagnosis is that a new condenser fan motor is required. It's now obvious that the original diagnosis was incorrect and I paid dearly for parts that did not need replacement. Called to complain and fully expected a fight. Instead,
Peel Heating & Air Conditioning heard me out and said "Okay, if we're wrong, we're wrong. We will refund the charges for those initial parts, or apply your payment towards the cost of the new condenser fan motor". Five hours after my call, the new motor was installed and the A/C is working fine.

We have used Peel Heating and Air Conditioning for years for our heating and a/c needs. Now we needed a new gas water heater. It was ordered on Monday and on Tuesday technicians Ray and Shaan called ahead and arrived by 9:00am as promised. They were very personable, worked efficiently and left no mess behind. I would not hesitate to recommend Peel Heating and these technicians.

Having had poor solutions in the past I went for top of the line with a team I can trust. Ray, Marcel, Shaan and Jonathan were well prepared and did exactly what was discussed with Bill H. the salesman.
