We have used Penfolds in the past for our roofing and skylight needs. Based on our experience and that of our neighbours, we selected Penfolds for our current project.
Our project coordinator was attentive and prompt in responding to our requests. The explanations were clear and detailed. Items that were important to us were accommodated as part of the package.
The crew was exceptional. They worked efficiently as a team and were always happy and friendly. Attention to detail was evident as they corrected an improperly vented fan, collected debris with tarps and tidied up at the end of each day.
We are very pleased with the whole process of replacing our roof from start to finish. Our new roof has enhanced the appearance of our home. We look forward to the solar installation.
