I couldn't agree more with Azizlu above. The owner Michael Jr has little to no integrity when it comes to how he runs the company. More than 1 occasion he went back on his word, citing "the contract". Make sure EVERYTHING down to placement of light switches is in the contract. Other staff is great. but their hands are tied. Not a builder I would recommend.
