Hello, we're sorry to hear you have experienced a possible seal failure. We take your comments very seriously and we would like more information about your issue and your call to our company. Typically, seal failures can be remedied by replacing the sealed units without the need of a new entire window. And, our sealed units are covered under warranty provided your windows were installed within our warranty period. Nothing but trouble for 10 years so far - UPDATED
Hi there, we are certainly sorry to hear this happen. Seal failures can happen for a multitude of reasons unfortunately. One of the major reasons is the relative humidity in your home. Homes have become very air tight over the years in an effort to become more efficient. The result is that you need to control your humidity either through the use of an air exchanger or through the use of a dehumidifier. High humidity causes condensation which accelerates seal failures and can cause mold and mildew which also accelerates seal failures.
