Pollard Windows Inc

Purchased sliding doors and exterior door. Promised factory-painted door but delivered primed door. Apologized for their error but refused to exchange it even though I offered to pay difference. Very upsetting.

They broke the glass while installing it in April 2017 and till now they haven't changed it. They gave me an appointment and then they cancelled it, claiming they don't have it in stock! I told them I have a 2 year old baby and can't keep it like this.. They literally didn't care... till now they never call and I can't reach anyone there...

Had 4 original 30 year old windows and a sliding door replaced. Extremely happy with the products. The install crew of Andre and KC were very friendly and polite, did an excellent job, knew exactly what to do, cleaned up afterward. The whole experience was professional, from the sales and display to the install. We highly recommend.

I contacted your representative, Jodi Vandervelde in your Burlington and as in a previous call regarding a lost seal, I was delighted with Jodi's excellent customer service and professionalism.

I look forward to my scheduled install and if it goes as well as the previous install, it will be quick, efficient and with minimal disruption to my home.

My 88 year old mom purchased a house with Pollard windows. She had 4 windows replaced two years ago and now needs 5 windows. They were supposed to be installed in April called truck broke down, May-Wendy called 20 mins before the appointment truck broke down again. I called and spoke to the National Sales manager Jim. Thought I would get some satisfaction on getting her windows done. He seamed like he was interested. Wendy called and informed my mom next appointment would be the middle of June. Spoke to Jim he assured me her windows would be done right away. Have given Jim a week to contact me and have left messages for him however not one return phone call. Left a message for Wendy and no return phone call. Three other people (elderly community) need new windows also and are getting the run around. Sad that this company treats elderly people without any respect. How can you expect any one to have no drapes or blinds up for three months. I am discussed my the treatment my mom has received. DO NOT PURCHASE POLLARD WINDOWS. Horrible service

Seven double-pane windows had been compromised over the last 10-11 years. The work cre came in and replaced the windows in record time and even were able to get at one that was at the top of a 2 storey foyer

The argon gas in almost all our new(er) Pollard windows leaked due broken seals (including our beautiful bay window) and now all our window look dirty ALL of the time! Even though still under warranty, Pollard will not replace or resolve this issue. An expensive lesson to learn. We are now looking to do the rest of our windows and will have to spend more money replacing our Pollard windows as well. My parents spent a little more money originally from a different company and got beautiful windows and even though their windows are are at least 10 years older than mine, they will not have to replace them! Take my advice and choose wisely the first time!! Work with a reputable company that honours their warranty.

The trim on our Pollard door broke while it was still under warranty, and when I asked him to fix it they said they would but then kept putting me off and putting me off and then finally told me the warranty had now expired and there's nothing they can do to help me. They openly admit that they don't know who's doing what and that things fall through the cracks.
