I was referred to Premi-Air by a Geothermal system manufacturer after my unit kept freezing over and making knocking noises. After calling a few companies around the GTA I kept getting the same answer of "schedule a service call and we will come out". Luckily before a service request was filled the Owner of Premi-Air, Joe Simon, answered my call. Being new to geothermal systems Joe took the time to explain what is causing the problem and actually diagnosed the problem over the phone after regular work hours. Being an engineer, I was really impressed with Joe's knowledge and diagnostic skills. This company is not looking to make a quick dollar and run off, they want your future business.
