Priority Plumbing

I took advantage of a City of Toronto incentive on low flush toilets.
The City of Toronto was offering a 60$ discount per toilet. I hired Priority Plumbing to replace 3 toilets for more efficient models.

From my initial phone call, which was promptly received by a friendly and courteous young lady I was dealt with in a very professional and capable manner. It was made clear to me from the outset that my customer satisfaction was priority and they did not disappoint. I was given a 3 hour window and Kosti telephoned me with a 30 minute arrival notification. He arrived promptly, inspected the problem, gave me an overview of the issue and 2 or 3 options with pricing before he commenced the work. When we agreed on an approach, he completed the work quickly, efficiently, and then cleaned up the area. I was very pleased with the service we received and recognized that this company puts a lot of emphasis into training their employees in proper customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Priority Plumbing to others or to call them again.

The person who came to the house was very fast, polite and efficient . Good service and good advice on other questions that I had. Bought the service plan and would deal with them again.

Priority Plumbing came to do a service check. This included draining the water heater, snaking the basement drain, and fixing the leak in the kitchen sink, installing new faucet, basket and necessary new works under the sink.

As always, they were upfront about the cost, my options and flexible on payment.

Priority plumbing were responsive, prompt, informative and helpful. The plumber sent was friendly and respectful. I appreciated all aspects of their service, from the initial phone consultation to the service that was provided by the plumber. I would definitely recommend this company for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional service from reception to technician. Very high technical expertise. Came almost immediately during an emergency sewer backup situation caused by tree root damage. Made themselves available during the weekend (Sat and Sun) for consultation. Communicated clearly all aspects of work and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

This is a great plumbing company. Courteous, tidy and punctual. They take the time to really solve your issue and they make sure the job is done right! They are not the least expensive but you can be sure that they are doing everything up to the highest standards.
