Excellent work and service. Air conditioner broke on Sunday. Came by Sunday night and replaced the unit the next morning. Cleaned up after themselves which was a plus and showed their attention to detail.

Was visiting family in Toronto when the air conditioner broke down. I found Quality Home Comfort through homestars and they came by the same day to repair the issue. Once the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately and notified me of the problem and cost to repair. We had the AC up and running within a couple hours. Great customer service on the phone and excellent communication from technicians. Happy we chose Quality. Kevin followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also provided us with a 1 year service warranty on their workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services in the GTA.

My air conditioner broke down on a day with over 30°+ temperature outside. I called Quality Home Comfort based on its high customer rating and I was not disappointed. Kevin was very accommodating. Their service was excellent, response was prompt and at a really reasonable price. I am glad that I now can have a reliable service for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I recently had a new furnace and my first central air conditioner installed. Both Kevin & his father David were great professional people to deal with. The prices were very fair and I was very happy they use a Canadian product. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was looking for a professional to connect the natural gas bbq with the gas line in my backyard. I contacted Kevin from Quality home comfort and he was very responsive in providing the service. He was able to accommodate the same day service even though his schedule was jam-packed. The service person arrived on time, maintained appropriate the social distance and delivered a spectacular service.

Kevin helped me with a new air conditioner on short notice. He provided me with the lowest quote of the three I received and the best warranty. The entire installation was supervised and inspected by David and was completed without any mess. They are clean and professional. The installation was completed within 2 days of signing the contract and the old AC was removed. I’m very happy and would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided - extending gas service to my back yard and plumbing for a fire pit and gas barbecue. Kevin and David took good care of me, and came back quickly to repair a puncture made by my deck guys by accident so that we didn’t lose time on that job. Will definitely have them back when the fireplace and gas stove are in.
