Ordered windows for the whole house, patio door and fire rating door for my home in 2014. Ordering and installation was satisfactory and prompt.
But after 3 yrs had to get one window replaced because there was a leak in the seal, I could see a foggy film in between the panes. In the next 4 yrs , 6 more windows had the same problem and were replaced.
Now theres another window showing the same problem , and Im having a lot of trouble getting service and cooperation to replace it. Making excuses, stalling, not coming , not ordering. Getting the cold shoulder from staff. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and the quality on these windows.
