We just had our entire house done with Rusco.
They replaced our original 1957 windows and doors and also cut some masonry to accomodate a new door at the back of the garage and a large slider in the kitchen.
Aside from some unforseen staffing issues that set our project back a couple of days, the work was done to a very high standard.
We always felt that we were dealing with professional and honest people at Rusco. They carry the Gentek line of windows which is head and shoulders above others we have seen, and I found their pricing to be more than fair.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
