Home security alarm/monitoring
After deliberating for months regarding a home security alarm system/monitoring for our house and talking to a number of different companies I decided right after talking to the client service agent at Safetech to go with them as they took the time to listen to my requirements, educated me on different alarm options and the pros and cons of each while not pressuring me at any time to go with them. Prior to the time of installation both the client service agent and install technician contacted me to let me know the exact time they would be coming and they arrived on time. The install of our equipment was completed 'cleanly' and the tech walked us through how to use the equipment and ensured we understood everything we needed before he left. Since the install I am VERY happy with my alarm company choice. no issue .. no problems. Ive even called them a couple of times regarding other items unrelated to my alarm system and have always been greeted with the best customer service/support.
I will be recommending Safetech to all those thinking about alarm systems/home monitoring.
