We ordered our kitchen appliances from Sears. They were delivered in a timely manner. The only thing that went wrong was with the stove. It would ignite easily and we had to fool around with the gas in order to turn it on. Sears promptly came out to fix it by installing a new unit. It turns out that our installer (who was recommended by the sales person but not from Sears) had installed the valve wrong. Despite this finding, Sears did not charge us.
