Was given bad information, they would not give refund or exchange
I purchased two pendant lights. I was told they were dimmable. They were not. To be fair, they were marked as final sale, but I relied on the salesperson's information. They did not work with my dimmer in that they never turned off. This was unacceptable to me, and I should have been told they don't turn off.
I called, and the person I spoke with said I had to use a specific dimmer and that would take care of it. However, they are non-refundable. I explained that I had not been given proper information. I then spoke with he manager. He told me ALL LED lights do not turn off. It appear that at least a few of their associates do not know what is going on, which is fine, but it should be the consumer's loss because of their misinformation or lack of information.
I knew I was buying a final sale item, but I expected to be provided with accurate and professional information from a store that only sells lights. They failed miserably in this and I am about 170 bucks. Not impressed.
