When Mike came out to give us a quote for our basement reno we knew right away his company were the ones we wanted to work with, not only was it a great price but Mike had some great ideas to help us make use of our space. Work began on time and got of to a great start but we got held up for 6 weeks due to the city workers strike (couldn't get inspectors in). During this time Mike and his crew did what they could to keep the project on schedule. Once the strike had ended Mike had the inspectors in (everything passed no problems) and we where back on track. Before we new it the drywall had gone in and was quickly followed by the flooring(wood,tile) doors and trim. Final inspections passed no problems and now we have a basement apartment which we can be proud of.

Throughout the whole project we worked closely with Mike and his crew, Aldo(thanks for coming out at eight in the evening to check our heating was working) Frank,Tony and Tony, the electrical guys, the plumbers, all of whom where quick ,tidy and respectful to us and out home.
P.s we just got out first tenant couldn't be happier.
